Legal / policy / accountability
Clear rules behind the fire.
One complete record for how Ember Totem publishes, links, handles data, corrects errors and distinguishes editorial teaching models from gambling services.
01
Terms of use
These terms govern access to Ember Totem, an independent editorial publication operated under the name Ember Totem Editorial. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site provides general educational information about crash-game interfaces, payout arithmetic, risk and player controls. It does not accept wagers, process payments, provide accounts, certify gambling software or offer legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice. Do not rely on it as a betting system or a promise of return.
Permitted use
- Read, link to and quote short portions with clear attribution where law permits.
- Do not misrepresent teaching models or sample calculations as commercial games, live results or typical outcomes.
- Do not interfere with site operation, bypass security or use automated access in a way that degrades service.
Original text, design and editorial graphics belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. External guidance remains subject to the issuing organisation’s rights and terms. The site is provided as available; to the extent permitted by law, the publisher disclaims implied warranties and indirect liability arising from reliance on general information.
02
Privacy policy
This static publication can be read without an account. It does not collect deposits, identity checks, gaming history or health profiles. Standard hosting logs may include IP address, browser information, requested URL, approximate time and security events for delivery, abuse prevention and diagnostics.
The contact form prepares an email in the reader’s own mail application. Information is not submitted to the site itself. If you email us, we receive the address, message and anything you choose to include. Do not send payment details, account credentials, identity documents or sensitive health information.
Operational logs should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and diagnostics. Correspondence may be retained while a request, correction or dispute is handled, and longer where law requires. Send access, correction or deletion requests to privacy@embertotem.gg. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on location and law.
03
Commercial disclosure
Ember Totem does not currently publish operator rankings, referral links, deposit bonuses or paid placement. External links in game-mechanics articles point to public regulators, health services and support organisations. They do not generate a commission for the publication.
If commercial relationships are introduced, the affected page will identify the partner, compensation model and editorial boundary before the relevant link. Payment will not buy a safety claim, alter a risk explanation or prevent a correction.
Game guides on this site are fictional teaching models. Their names, limits and interface patterns are editorial devices, not recommendations or reviews of purchasable products.
04
Editorial policy
Our method begins with a narrow question: what does a crash-game interface claim, what does the arithmetic establish, and what remains unknown without the product rules? Every substantial article separates a possible multiplier from its probability and a selected payout from a representative result.
Primary public standards and official guidance are preferred for regulatory mechanics and player protection. Independent support and health services are used for help routes. We do not invent experts, certifications, customer wins or performance statistics.
Review rules
- Sample money values are labelled illustrative and checked arithmetically.
- Regulatory claims identify the jurisdiction and link to the issuing body.
- Game models are labelled fictional and never presented as playable offers.
- Safer-play information remains visible wherever high multipliers are foregrounded.
- Material changes receive a date; serious safety or legal errors are prioritised.
The institutional byline Ember Totem Editorial Desk is used until a named contributor’s identity, role and permission to publish are verified. Editorial questions may be sent to hello@embertotem.gg.
05
Sources & corrections
A strong source is close to the claim it supports and makes its authority visible. Regulator standards support rules about licensed systems; health and support providers support help routes. We do not use a compliance standard to imply that a specific unnamed product passed a test.
To request a correction, email the page URL, disputed wording, proposed correction and supporting source. State any relationship to the subject. Minor spelling and formatting changes may be made silently; a material factual correction receives a dated note explaining what changed.
There are no recorded material corrections in this edition as of 2 September 2026. Broken links are replaced with the same issuing organisation’s current record when available; the underlying claim is reviewed whenever the source changes.
